As the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. Our cleaning fees are generally higher than the market average because we pay above the living wage standards, 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. This has always included disinfecting all “wet” surfaces (sinks, showers, toilets), replacing all linens and towels, and cleaning all dishes. We love the High Desert for a lot of reasons - including the open spaces, lack of crowds, and dry weather that we believe make it a safe place to visit.

Giant Rock Swim Club has been designed for hosting larger groups comfortably and colorfully, just blocks from some of the desert's most interesting restaurants, bars and activities. Whether you spend most of your time outside in the pool and spa or utilizing the spacious yet welcoming indoor living space to prepare for a trip into the National Park , Giant Rock Swim Club offers you the perfect backdrop no matter your interests.

-BEDS & BATHS-

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and the guest bedroom offers two queen-sized beds. Each bedroom is artfully decorated with vibrant murals and colorful artwork. The master bathroom features a luxurious modern walk-in shower. The hall bathroom features a white marble tiled shower and tub. There is an additional queen size pull out bed in the living room. Public Goods body products & Parachute towels are provided throughout the house.

-KITCHEN & DINING-

The spacious kitchen is tastefully designed and has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal. If cooking isn’t your thing, Homestead Modern is happy to arrange an intimate experience with a private chef for your stay and/or have premium meats and beverages awaiting your arrival. The dining table inside seats 8, the breakfast bar seats 4 or choose to dine under the stars at the outdoor dining table with bench seating adjacent to the BBQ grill.

★ Baking sheets, pots and pans are available/included
★ Hand mixer, blender, bar-tools and cocktail glasses stocked

-LIVING SPACE-

This home has a very generously sized living room with a queen sized pull-out bed. It has been designed with comfort and play in mind. The living room is right off the kitchen and dining area, making it the perfect space to gather while food is being prepared. There is ample seating for you and your party and space to play board games by the electric fireplace.

-OUTDOOR SPACE-

The outdoor space has been intentionally integrated into the overall experience here at Giant Rock Swim Club. The fenced back area is a completely private water oasis making it an idyllic setting for days spent outdoors and perfectly captures the majestic colors of the Flamingo Heights sunsets. Highlights include:

★ Modern pool and hot tub
★ Chaise lounges, outdoor sofa under partially covered patio and dining table
★ Disco Flamingo Cabana for entertaining or telling scary stories at night
★ Hammocks and corn hole in the front yard with an additional dining area

It’s also a 10-minute drive from the Integratron, a new age-y healing destination with a sound bath, originally designed by ufologist George Van Tassel with the goal of reversing the aging process.
