It is an apartment for a person who loves sanity and a clean space to live and feel at home.

Your bedroom, the master's bedroom, is one out of four bedrooms in the house that other guests might occupy. Your bedroom is private with its own key and has a bath, shower and water heater in the ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has its own air conditioning, dresser, desk, chair and sofa.

The living room has a 43" TV with Roku smart TV system installed.

The living room also is beautiful and furnished for comfort and relaxation.

The dining area is massive and can seat 8 and more persons at a time.

The modern kitchen has a microwave, fridge, cooker, bread toaster, an electric kettle and various cookwares. Dishes and glassware are also available for use.

There is a study area.

There’s also a washing machine with a spinner, cloth dryer, cloth sunning line, cloth iron and ironing board that makes laundry day as simple as ABC to ensure that you look sparkling clean throughout your stay. You can access the washing machine and cloth drying rack on the kitchen patio.

All areas of the apartment are well-ventilated.

A 35 KVA generator is available in the absence of a PHCN (public) power supply. It runs every electrical equipment in the house. There's also a cheaper to run petrol generator that can work with every electronic appliance but the ACs and Refrigerator. The security personnel usually turn this on and off for you, based on your instruction so you don't have to. Expect ~45% of PHCN (public) power supply and purchasing of fuel when you need to run the generator.

The apartment complex has 24/7 security personnel with access measures put in place, a well-trained security dog that patrols vigilantly around the compound while you sleep peacefully at night. There's a police checkpoint (Eagle Patrol) close by. And we can arrange further security protocols at an extra cost.

You'll be living near the centre of Uyo which is close to everywhere else. The biggest Mall in Uyo, Tropicana Mall among others. Several eateries, etc. It is in a residential neighbourhood.
