I'm Dave a 62 year old single guy that has retired permanently to alicante! I bought my apartment in 2019 and have 3 rooms, I live in 1 and 2 rental rooms... room 1 Green room and room 2 Purple room!
I live here 7/8 monthsof year and love travelling, so each year go travelling 4/5 months!
I just returned April 2022 from 3 months in ecuador hiking, walking in Andes!
I have previously travelled to Philippines,3 times, Vietnam, Cambodia, Taiwan, Australia, Malaysia and China.. I had a stunning 2 month trip to China in South, shenzen y guangzhhou... I can't wait to return and see more of this beautiful country....! Also I have travelled over Central Europe, including a 3 month winter trip to Greece, Bulgaria and Romania!! 4 years ago I went to Latin America where I visited Guatemala, Panama, bolivia, colombia, peru and Brazil on a 14 month trip!!
I'm my professional career I was a Sales Manager so consider myself a mature, intelligent guy who is easy to approach and talk to, friendly, and comfortable in a hosting environment!
I have 4 adult children who live in UK.. When I host guests... Nobody (friends etc) are allowed access or to enter my apartment thus ensuring a quiet, relaxed experience for guests staying!

My passion is fitness, exercise... and am extremely fortunate to be blessed with good health and well being which enables me to pursue my outdoor hiking, walking interests... As well as this I'm a keen runner, swimmer and love calisthenics! The human body is actually designed for daily exercise and activity, I firmly believe it should be compulsory from school age to end of life... If people only understood that life, conditioning, longevity, balance, coordination and let's not forget mental wellbeing... stems from physical fitness !
