Featured on FYI Network's Tiny House Hunters! Very spacious houseboat with a vaulted ceiling in the main cabin (living room). Sleeps 3 comfortably. Lots of room to move around with a queen size bed in the Captain's Quarters (Bedroom) and a twin bed in the living room that's a day bed. FAQ: Q: Location? A: Mid-Peninsula Downtown Charleston which is roughly 1.5 - 2 miles to the heart of the historic district. A five minute / $6 Uber away or take the bikes! The boats are located downtown in a private marina where our 5-6 boats are slipped & only shared with a large mega-yacht that rents the outside slippage 5 months out of the year. We rent this slippage from Seabreeze Dry Stack Marina (49 Immigration Street). This accommodation is for people looking for peace and tranquility as the setting of the marina is quiet and secluded. You'll have a stunning view of Charleston Harbor and the Ravenel Bridge. Q: How can I see all of your boats for rent? Our boats are designed with live-aboard / stay-aboard in mind with all the creature comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchens, premium furnishings, updated HVAC, TV, Keurig coffee makers… etc. Q: Any restaurants close by? A: TONS! Some of Charleston’s best are within a mile of the marina. Q: How to book: A: If you don’t have any questions after reading over the FAQ below then simple instant book. If you send an inquiry we’ll respond promptly, if not immediately. Q: Why is the price so different for my dates? A: Airbnb automatically sets our prices based on demand & seasonality. If you don’t search with exact dates Airbnb shows the lowest price throughout the season. Prices range from $99 per night for weekday day-of bookings in January all the way to $499 per night for weekends during peak season summer and everywhere in-between. Q: Bathroom… explain! A: The boat is equipped with an apartment sized (12 gallon) water heater ensuring you get hot water throughout the boat. You'll always have enough hot water to enjoy a 10 - 15 minute shower. The boat has a full sized marine toilet that is easy to use as long as you follow our simple instructions. Q: Heat? Air Conditioning? A: Our boats are equipped with BOTH ample Heat & Air Conditioning. No matter the time of year you can be assured that you will be staying in a climate controlled & comfortable environment. Q: Can we take the boats out & drive them? A: No. We don’t carry any insurance for bareboat charters but we do offer captained Charters on specific boats which are really fun! Charters include sightseeing in Downtown harbor, sunset cruises, full hay & ½ day cruises, special moments like engagements, or anything else you can think of. All charter requests are handled via inquiry & paid through Airbnb as part of your stay. Q: Can I check-in earlier than 4 or Checkout later than 10? A: We will do our best. Most days there’s someone checking in the same day there’s a checkout but we try & go above and beyond if this is requested. Q: Can we fish from the dock or boats? A: Absolutely! We ask that you fish either from the side or front of the vessel & stay clear of the props so your line doesn’t get prop/shaft wrapped. Fishing from the dock is also allowed as long as you mind the props of the vessels. You can easily get a fishing license from the DNR online. We operate on the honor system & don’t check for licenses but ask that you support the local DNR & pay the small fee to make it legal. We don’t supply fishing equipment & keep in mind there are no tackle shops in Downtown Charleston. Shrimp from the local Q: What to expect that's different than a hotel? A: It's a boat, it is a unique FUN experience. There may be noises and smells that you'd expect from a boat. Pumps, motors, ocean water, etc. Every boat is broken the day it hits the water, especially salt water. We take great care of our fleet but we expect guests to tell us if anything isn’t working properly & we will PROMPTLY respond & repair. Q: Waves? A: The marina has a sea wall which dilutes any waves. We are also lucky enough to be tucked behind Drum Island at the base of the Ravenel Bridge. which dilutes almost all the waves from the harbor. There is still a small amount of wave action and you'll feel a slight rock from time-to-time, mostly from boats passing by who don’t respect the no wake zone (feel free to yell at them & shake your first while doing so). If there's a bad storm or the wave action gets to a point that your stay is no longer enjoyable, we will do our best (no guarantees) to work out alternative accommodations for you as we have multiple condos Downtown for landlubbers. Your comfort is our top priority. 99% of the time the marina is almost totally flat and calm. We also keep dramamine on the dock incase anyone experiences sea sickness. Q: Will you reduce your price? A: No(ISH)... Maybe, but unlikely. Don’t expect a price reduction unless it’s the slow season & you’re messaging about days within 1-4 days of check-in or you’re looking for a long-term stay in the off season (see next “Q”). If you message us with a booking that somewhat fits the criteria above & tell us a budget we can try & work with you on one of our 6 boats. “Will you reduce the price of a weekend booking a month away” will always be a “no”. Q: Do you do long-term or monthly rentals? A: We have done long term rentals in the past. From March 1 - October 30 the boats are rented at a 90% occupancy rate so the monthly rate is only slightly reduced compared to the daily rate (around 20%). From November through February we’re much more flexible depending on length of stay & which vessel you’re interested in. It helps us to know your budget and we can tell you if we have anything that could work. Q: Smoking? A: On the outside only & please be responsible. Kindly don’t light the boat on fire. Q: Do you allow pets? A: You bet! We ask that dogs not be puppies, don’t scratch at doors, and don’t bark incessantly while you’re away. The boats are close together & a non-stop barking dog isn’t appreciated. We DEEP clean the boats after pets stay aboard due to future guests’ possible allergies so a $75 pet fee is applied for those who travel with pets. If you have a service dog & try to circumvent the pet fee be prepared to present FULL documentation. Q: Can we hold events or parties? A: No. This is a place to relax. We ask that there be no events or parties on the boats so the other guests can enjoy their stay. Q: You charge extra for more than 2 adults, do my kids count? A: Any child over the age of 13 is considered an adult & needs to be represented in the booking inquiry as an additional guest. Q: Is the marina safe? A: VERY. We have 24/7 surveillance & in the 3 years we’ve been here we’ve never had any sort of issue. We share an entrance with the port authority which has a 24/7 guarded gate. You turn into the marina before the guarded gate but it scares off any would-be pests. The parking lot & dock is well lit & the marina is right off East Bay which is one of the main roads in Downtown Charleston. All boats lock from inside & you can padlock the door when you leave if you wish to lock up your belongings. The marina is only us & we’re here daily looking over the fleet. Q: Handicap accessible? A: No. You'll need to get on the boat which requires a 1-2' step and there are steps on the boat. The deck stairs are steep and you'll need to be sure footed. Q: Parking? A: Yes, you can park your car. Since it’s a small private marina the walk to the parking lot from the boat is only roughly 50-70 yards. Q: Can I trailer my small boat & side-tie it to the boat I rented? A: You can bring your boat but it must be arranged with the marina & there’s nowhere to park a trailer. There’s also nowhere close by to slip the boat so do your research on boat landings. The marina will charge you small fee (roughly $40 - $60 nightly) to wet-slip the boat. Q: Space & Comfort? A: You'll find the layout of the boat extremely spacious and comfortable. The bed is a Queen (ish) size. Queen with slight modifications to fit the space. The shower is tall and comfortable for anyone 6’4” & under. Q: I have a non-profit, will you donate a free stay to my gala? A: I’m sure your cause is worthy, but we get this request far too often so we must decline. Q: I’m a blogger / photographer / ninja trainer… will you barter? A: No. Please don’t ask. We don’t pay our slip rent with your blog posts. Q: Will you partner with my local company or buy my advertising? A: We get penalized through Airbnb if we don’t respond to all inquiries which means we must respond to your spam. You won’t like our message so don’t send it. Q: Will this be the best vacation I’ve ever had and should I book now? A: Without a doubt.
Extremely safe and private marina in downtown Charleston. The entrance to the marina is shared with the Port Authority which has a 24/7 guard. There is a train which blocks the road to the marina leading into the port authority but it only comes 1-2X per day. Sometimes it can block the roadway for up to 20 minutes but that is infrequent.

This rental is a two story villa and an incredibly serene and relaxing space. On the first floor there is a small kitchenette, large living area with pull out sofa, and half bath. The kitchenette includes a full size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, pots & pans, dinnerware, basic cooks tools, and a stove top with two burners. There is no traditional oven or dishwasher. There is a dining table for two but no formal dining area. Sleep comfortably in the king size bed upstairs and enjoy the peaceful natural light that beams through the windows surrounding the entire second floor.
This property is located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, which is considered the "Gateway to the Peninsula". Along the Spring Street and Cannon Street corridor are local restaurants, flower shops, bakeries, and small boutiques.

More on that later. Now, onto the house: It's tiny! But it doesn't feel that way. The light color of the bamboo flooring, the many windows and the high ceilings help to open it up. The loft holds a queen-sized mattress, which sits low to the floor on tatami mats. There is a full bath with a rain-down shower, air vent, and cloth curtain door. There is a fully functional kitchen, with gas stove and microwave. There is a desk/table and a very comfy futon couch that opens to sleep an (additional) adult or two children (who are very welcome). The futon, when pulled out, measures 82” x 45.” Amenities for daily living abound: fast wi-fi, Mrs. Meyers soaps, Everyone shampoo and conditioner, towels & bed linens, full set of cookware and knives, electrical kettle, coffee maker and french press, a selection of teas, Trader Joe's dark roast coffee, wine glasses and wine opener, champagne glasses, pepper grinder, kosher salt, olive oil, honey, etc. If you are in need of anything, just ask!
This tiny house is in the Riverland Terrace neighborhood of James Island -- a great leaping off spot for downtown (four miles), Folly Beach (nine miles), and Johns Island (just across the bridge). The neighborhood itself is super cute, with a community garden, bungalow houses, and live oaks trees draped in Spanish moss. Grab the bicycles and cruise around, or head to the adjacent plaza for some tacos (Zia's Taqueria), an independent movie (The Terrace Theatre), or live music (The Pour House).

This amazing space is an open-concept studio style apartment over our detached garage. Full kitchen with fridge, oven, stove and microwave. Cook up some breakfast and serve it up on the island before heading out for your day of adventures. Polished wood floors, ceiling fan, tv with chromecast, love seat and comfy lounge chairs. A comfy queen bed awaits you at the end of the day.
This is a cool, clean, modern detached garage apartment in Charleston's coolest neighborhood- Avondale. Avondale has been named coolest neighborhood 3 years running by Charleston City Paper, and it's easy to see why. Walk or bike to over a dozen pubs, restaurants, shops, salons, yoga studios, etc... including Pearlz, Al di la, Triangle, The Glass Onion, Mex 1, Gene's Haufbrau, Voodoo, and The Roost, (to name a few) all just a block or so away from the apartment. We are only 3 miles to the heart of historic downtown Charleston, and only 20 minutes to Folly, Sullivan's or Isle of Palms. We are also only a few blocks from the West Ashley greenway- a local biking/walking/running path that cuts through the city. It's a great way to get your exercise in, or to get over to South Windemere shopping center to do a little eating at Med Bistro or shopping at Half Moon Outfitters. The apartment is a true studio- with no walls separating living areas, but it's charming and clean, and you can't beat the location. Fully equipped kitchen as well. This IS NOT downtown Charleston- it is just over the drawbridge from the peninsula. You will have access to beach chairs, a beach Umbrella and a cooler if you would like. Anything else, just ask and we will try to accommodate ! We try to meet all guests face to face upon check in if possible, but occasionally leave a key under the mat if we aren't going to be around. Other than that- we don't interact with guests much unless we see each other coming and going in the driveway. Feel free to approach us with questions, but we understand how guests prefer privacy on vacation, and we try to respect this. A car is the best way to get downtown- even though it's only a few miles a way there is no bike lane on the Ashley River bridge- so unless you are an experienced bike rider - I would drive- but once you are downtown, walking or biking is the best way to see everything. Closer to home, here in Avondale, almost everything is within walking or biking distance, and it's easy to get around that way. An uber ride downtown is $8-$10.Taxis are fairly inexpensive as well, and there is a city bus that stops a block away, but Charleston isn't known for its public transit, so I can't vouch for it. There are also water taxis that can take you to Mount Pleasant and back! There is a tall set of stairs leading up to the apartment and the shower is pretty small.
Avondale is a trendy community just outside the Charleston peninsula – about 3 miles from the heart of the historic district. It is comprised of several modest but eclectic neighborhoods surrounding a thriving bar and restaurant scene.

  • Toto místo bylo skvělé. Hostitelé byli velmi citliví s odpověďmi na otázky, které jsme měli. Když jsme dorazili, našli jsme pivo a víno v lednici, stejně jako kávu a dávkovač sladké vody. Místo bylo v klidné čtvrti, ale velmi blízko restaurací v oblasti Avondale. Šli jsme k jídlu každou noc jsme byli tam (opravdu bylo vděčné vyzvednout dezert na Kaminsky). Také jsme vzali Uber do Charleston Country Club pro ženy US Open. Velmi pohodlné. Určitě bychom tu opět zůstali a toto místo doporučujeme.

  • Měli jsme skvělý pobyt. Vyzkoušejte koš plný menu od skvělých restaurací. Penzion byl snadno dostupný a 10 minut od centra města. Polštáře byly pohodlné a klimatizace byla snadno ovladatelná v teple. (Boční poznámka: šampon a kondicionér, které byly poskytnuty, byly magické, oba jsme se dohodli, že naše vlasy jsou měkčí než kdy jindy).

  • Moje manželka a já jsme zůstali v Brett a Shannon v místě pro dlouhý víkend Memorial Day. Brett a Shannon byli úžasní hostitelé a byli velmi vstřícní k našim potřebám po celou dobu našeho pobytu. Když jsme dorazili, přivítali nás na příjezdové cestě a sdíleli několik tipů o této oblasti a našem obytném prostoru. Poté jsme byli schopni diktovat množství interakce, o které jsme si mysleli, že je naprosto perfektní. Výše uvedený garážový byt byl čistý a ideální pro pár. Prostor byl dobře vyzdoben, doplněn o umění na stěnách a váza s čerstvými květinami na ostrově v kuchyni. Samotná kuchyně byla zásobena potřebným nádobím a nádobím. V koupelně byly všechny potřebné toaletní potřeby. Tam bylo spousta extra ručníky a ložní prádlo podle potřeby. Termostat byl snadno nastavitelný a WiFi bylo rychlé a fungovalo velmi dobře. Nová postel velikosti Queen byla velmi prostorná a pohodlná. V případě potřeby je k dispozici slunečník a plážová lehátka. K dispozici je také gril, pokud chcete zůstat na večeři. Sousedství je klidné a tiché, a za předpokladu, skvělá atmosféra relaxovat v nočních hodinách, což je velmi pěkné vzhledem k rušný noční život jen pár kilometrů ve městě. Tato lokalita je také v docházkové vzdálenosti od několika restaurací a obchodů s potravinami. Úplně se vrátíme, až příště navštívíme Charleston. Díky Brett a Shannon!

  • Moje finance a já jsme zůstali v Shannon a Brett's airbnb při pohledu na Charleston, SC. Tato lokalita nemohla být dokonalejší, protože soukromý apartmán byl v blízkosti centra města, pláže a v pěší vzdálenosti od restaurací v Avondale. Shannon a Brett byli velmi milí a vstřícní hostitelé. Například zanechali poznámky v menu restaurace týkající se vzdálenosti a hodnoty jídla, spolu s blízkými pěšími stezkami.

    Guests enter on the main floor. There are no bedrooms on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and one with a Queen size bed. Downstairs there is a twin size trundle bed that sleeps two in two twins. There is a pull-out sofa in the living area on the main floor. The kitchen and living area are on the main floor. The kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooks tools. The living area is sunken. We like to point out that there are two bathrooms, none of which are on the main floor. There is a bathroom upstairs and on the ground floor. We also like to make our guests aware that the stairs in this rental are SPIRAL stairs.
    Our rental is located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood which is considered the "Gateway to the Peninsula". The streets of this neighborhood have a great energy and youthfulness. Along the Spring Street and Cannon Street corridor there are a number of local restaurants, flower shops, bakeries, and other small boutiques.

    FAQ: Q: Location? A: Mid-Peninsula Downtown Charleston which is roughly 1.5 - 2 miles to the heart of the historic district. A five minute / $6 Uber away or take the bikes! The boats are located downtown in a private marina where our 5-6 boats are slipped & only shared with a large mega-yacht that rents the outside slippage 6 months out of the year. We rent this slippage from Seabreeze Dry Stack Marina (49 Immigration Street, 29403). This accommodation is for people looking for peace and tranquility as the setting of the marina is quiet and secluded. You'll have a stunning view of Charleston Harbor and the Ravenel Bridge. Q: How can I see all of your boats for rent? Q: Is it comfortable? A: VERY! Our boats are designed with live-aboard / stay-aboard in mind with all the creature comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchens, premium furnishings, updated HVAC, TV, Keurig coffee makers… etc. Q: Any restaurants close by? A: TONS! Some of Charleston’s best are within a mile of the marina. Q: Why is the price so different for my dates? A: Airbnb automatically sets our prices based on demand & seasonality. If you don’t search with exact dates Airbnb shows the lowest price throughout the season. Prices range from $99 per night for weekday day-of bookings in January all the way to $499 per night for weekends during peak season summer and everywhere in-between. Q: Bathroom… explain! A: The boat is equipped with an apartment sized (12 gallon) water heater ensuring you get hot water throughout the boat. You'll always have enough hot water to enjoy a 10 - 15 minute shower. The boat has a full sized marine toilet that is easy to use as long as you follow our simple instructions. Q: Heat? Air Conditioning? A: Our boats are equipped with BOTH ample Heat & Air Conditioning. No matter the time of year you can be assured that you will be staying in a climate controlled & comfortable environment. Q: Can we take the boats out & drive them? A: No. We don’t carry any insurance for bareboat charters but we do offer captained Charters on specific boats which are really fun! Charters include sightseeing in Downtown harbor, sunset cruises, full hay & ½ day cruises, special moments like engagements, or anything else you can think of. All charter requests are handled via inquiry & paid through Airbnb as part of your stay. Q: Can I check-in earlier than 4 or Checkout later than 10? A: We will do our best. Most days there’s someone checking in the same day there’s a checkout but we try & go above and beyond if this is requested. Q: Can we fish from the dock or boats? A: Absolutely! We ask that you fish either from the side or front of the vessel & stay clear of the props so your line doesn’t get prop/shaft wrapped. Fishing from the dock is also allowed as long as you mind the props of the vessels. You can easily get a fishing license from the DNR online. We operate on the honor system & don’t check for licenses but ask that you support the local DNR & pay the small fee to make it legal. We don’t supply fishing equipment & keep in mind there are no tackle shops in Downtown Charleston. Shrimp from the local Q: What to expect that's different than a hotel? A: It's a boat, it is a unique FUN experience. There may be noises and smells that you'd expect from a boat. Pumps, motors, ocean water, etc. Every boat is broken the day it hits the water, especially salt water. We take great care of our fleet but we expect guests to tell us if anything isn’t working properly & we will PROMPTLY respond & repair. Q: Waves? A: The marina has a sea wall which dilutes any waves. We are also lucky enough to be tucked behind Drum Island at the base of the Ravenel Bridge. which dilutes almost all the waves from the harbor. There is still a small amount of wave action and you'll feel a slight rock from time-to-time, mostly from boats passing by who don’t respect the no wake zone (feel free to yell at them & shake your first while doing so). If there's a bad storm or the wave action gets to a point that your stay is no longer enjoyable, we will do our best (no guarantees) to work out alternative accommodations for you as we have multiple condos Downtown for landlubbers. Your comfort is our top priority. 99% of the time the marina is almost totally flat and calm. We also keep dramamine on the dock incase anyone experiences sea sickness. Q: Will you reduce your price? A: No(ISH)... Maybe, but unlikely. Don’t expect a price reduction unless it’s the slow season & you’re messaging about days within 1-4 days of check-in or you’re looking for a long-term stay in the off season (see next “Q”). If you message us with a booking that somewhat fits the criteria above & tell us a budget we can try & work with you on one of our 6 boats. “Will you reduce the price of a weekend booking a month away” will always be a “no”. Q: Do you do long-term or monthly rentals? A: We have done long term rentals in the past. From March 1 - October 30 the boats are rented at a 90% occupancy rate so the monthly rate is only slightly reduced compared to the daily rate (around 20%). From November through February we’re much more flexible depending on length of stay & which vessel you’re interested in. It helps us to know your budget and we can tell you if we have anything that could work. Q: Smoking? A: On the outside only & please be responsible. Kindly don’t light the boat on fire. Q: Do you allow pets? A: You bet! We ask that dogs not be puppies, don’t scratch at doors, and don’t bark incessantly while you’re away. The boats are close together & a non-stop barking dog isn’t appreciated. We DEEP clean the boats after pets stay aboard due to future guests’ possible allergies so a $75 pet fee is applied for those who travel with pets. If you have a service dog & try to circumvent the pet fee be prepared to present FULL documentation. Q: Can we hold events or parties? A: No. This is a place to relax. We ask that there be no events or parties on the boats so the other guests can enjoy their stay. Q: You charge extra for more than 2 adults, do my kids count? A: Any child over the age of 13 is considered an adult & needs to be represented in the booking inquiry as an additional guest. Q: Is the marina safe? A: VERY. We have 24/7 surveillance & in the 3 years we’ve been here we’ve never had any sort of issue. We share an entrance with the port authority which has a 24/7 guarded gate. You turn into the marina before the guarded gate but it scares off any would-be pests. The parking lot & dock is well lit & the marina is right off East Bay which is one of the main roads in Downtown Charleston. All boats lock from inside & you can padlock the door when you leave if you wish to lock up your belongings. The marina is only us & we’re here daily looking over the fleet. Q: Handicap accessible? A: No. You'll need to get on the boat which requires a 1-2' step and there are steps on the boat. The deck stairs are steep and you'll need to be sure footed. Q: Parking? A: Yes, you can park your car. Since it’s a small private marina the walk to the parking lot from the boat is only roughly 50-70 yards. Q: Can I trailer my small boat & side-tie it to the boat I rented? A: You can bring your boat but it must be arranged with the marina & there’s nowhere to park a trailer. There’s also nowhere close by to slip the boat so do your research on boat landings. The marina will charge you small fee (roughly $40 - $60 nightly) to wet-slip the boat. Q: Space & Comfort? A: You'll find the layout of the boat extremely spacious and comfortable. The bed is a Queen (ish) size. Queen with slight modifications to fit the space. The shower is tall and comfortable for anyone 6’4” & under. Q: I have a non-profit, will you donate a free stay to my gala? A: I’m sure your cause is worthy, but we get this request far too often so we must decline. Q: I’m a blogger / photographer / ninja trainer… will you barter? A: No. Please don’t ask. We don’t pay our slip rent with your blog posts. Q: Will you partner with my local company or buy my advertising? A: We get penalized through Airbnb if we don’t respond to all inquiries which means we must respond to your spam. You won’t like our message so don’t send it. Q: Will this be the best vacation I’ve ever had and should I book now? A: Without a doubt.
    Extremely safe and private marina in downtown Charleston. The entrance to the marina is shared with the Port Authority which has a 24/7 guard. There is a train which blocks the road to the marina leading into the port authority but it only comes 1-2X per day. Sometimes it can block the roadway for up to 20 minutes but that is infrequent.

    This second floor, East Beach, one bedroom and one bath villa is close to the beach (175 yards) and Night Heron Park. It was recently completely renovated with Brazilian hardwood floors, a custom tiled bath with walk in shower and granite counters and stainless appliances in the kitchen. You’ll have a lagoon view from the screened porch. Wireless internet, two flat screen TVs, vaulted ceilings and a sleeper sofa are just a few of the amenities. Master bedroom has a king sized bed. This villa can accommodate up to 4 guests and is pet friendly with a small, non-refundable fee.     My apartment is close to the beach and Night Heron Park. The apartment overlooks a secluded 20 x 40 salt water pool that you may use. Good for couples, solo, or business travelers. The unit has: washer/dryer, 2 bikes, gas grill, and 3 beach chairs. There is also an efficiency kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, dual burners, mini fridge, and iron. This pool house is in a separate building with a separate entrance. At times, I or guests may be in the main house. License BL012642-02-2019
    This pool house is located on Cougar Golf Course and down a long secluded driveway. It is close to the beach, Night Heron Park and Freshfields (Harris Teeter grocery store with a Starbucks and resturants, shopping medical, dental etc.) The pool house has a separate entrance in a separate building from the main house. Cancellations after 48 hours are charged at $250 service fee plus any extra services that were requested upon booking. Beach - you are closest to Boardwalk 10. Boardwalk 40/41 is at the end of the island and is worth a visit if you have a few hours. To get thru the 2nd gate to Ocean Course - state you are going to the Ryder Cup Bar. Look up for Eagles, osprey, brown pelicans as you drive. Parking is available at boardwalk 40/41 and at the Sandcastle. The Sandcastle is close to Boardwalk 10.

The villa has a King bed and a new Queen sleeper w/gel foam mattress, accommodating up to 4 guests and allows parking for 2 cars. A 10 minute walk to beach access is wonderfully convenient and the family dog is welcome for a small nightly fee! Snowbirds welcome! The vacation rental property includes parking, 24 hour security in gated community, central air conditioning, HD cable TV w/soundbar, wifi, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.     Great location, awesome view, and Resort Amenities - it doesn’t get any better on beautiful Kiawah Island. Our villa is only 150 yards from the beach in a secluded setting. Wrapping around our corner unit is a private lagoon, perfect for watching wildlife. Renting through us gives you Resort privileges, i.e. use of the two Resort Pools, discounted golf, tennis and recreation and free shuttle service around the Island. Come, be our guests and experience all that Kiawah Island has to offer.
    Location, Location, Location! A private lagoon wraps around the back of the villa giving you the best view you will ever find in a one bedroom villa on the island! Wildlife abounds and you can relax out back and watch it all. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. The Resort pools (Night Heron park pool and the one just around the corner from our villa) are at your access. as well as discounted golf and tennis. Renting through us gives you free shuttle service around the island, charging privileges, discounted golf and tennis and additional housecleaning options. You'll find the villa comfortable, tastefully decorated and well appointed - your home away from home.
    RESTAURANTS Unforgettable evenings are fashioned at the formal dining restaurants on the Island. Dress and bring your wallet. If you prefer to slip into your flip flops, head down to West Beach Café, you will enjoy a good meal at a reasonable price. Other alternatives off the Island, (but not as far as Charleston), include Red’s Ice House at the marina on neighboring Seabrook Island. It’s a local bar/restaurant that offers good food at really reasonable prices. The Fat Hen and the Mustard Seed on Maybank right off Main are two good choices for some great food. Gilligan's, on Main road on your way to Kiawah, is a favorite haunt for locals and visitors alike. If you like hush puppies and seafood in a casual, family setting, this is the place. Charleston has an endless assortment of restaurants. If money is no object,the choice is yours. The Reservation Center has a book containing the menus of many Charleston restaurants. The concierge will be glad to assist you. Two of our favorites include *Poogan’s Porch* and the *Peninsula Grill*. More moderately priced restaurants in Charleston include *Sticky Fingers*(if you don't mind noise), and *Hyman's* if you don't mind the wait (there is always a line and they don't take reservations). We enjoy the atmosphere and meals at *The Swamp Fox* in the Francis hotel on King. If you’d like to experience low country fare, go to *Virginia’s* on King. The atmosphere is nice and the prices quite reasonable. It is our favorite place. Everyone talks about Kiminskis for dessert, but we aren’t impressed. Instead, we go to*Toast*.
