Pop into Bosham Walk, an independent local arts centre with many gorgeous local crafts, traditional sweet shop, ice cream and a lovely independent cafe.

Beach
West wittering beach is a beautiful sandy unspoiled natural beach. There is a pub and a few beach hits and water sports centre. Plenty if parking hut can be pricey in the summer (£12-£16 all day!) Another alternative is to cycle the famous salterns way cycle path mostly off road from cottage to beach is 12 miles!
