Local hiking
Always carry water even if you think you won’t need it. Sunscreen up before you go. Wear a hat. Early morning or sunset are the best times when temps get into the 90’s and above. Dogs are much less tolerant of the heat and the temp of the ground. Be very careful in the desert heat.
