Our guests recommend "Hooked on the rocks", a restaurant overlooking this beach. There's also a cafe, good car park, toilets, coastal walks, activities

You'll definitely need a car to get here but its such a lovely place to relax and enjoy some healthy food in large greenhouses. Very restorative! My favourite place to meet a friend!

Boat hire, water sports, beach, lots of yachts to see , beautiful Norman church by the sea, lovely walks and a couple of good eateries too!

Walking distance from us and a lovely walk it is too. A castle with history stretching from Tudor times to the world wars. Great views and room to stretch your legs. We recommend a visit to "Little Dennis Blockhouse" on the nearby point for a photo opportunity (you'll see why when you get there!) If you still have energy you can walk on along the sea front to Castle Beach and Gylly Beach. There's refreshments at both but if you want a sit down meal or bakery head to Gylly.

Take the ferry if you want to sit back and simply enjoy the scenery but we recommend you also head out there to enjoy the village and the walks. Drive carefully around the lanes; the beauty is a little distracting! For Daphne Du Maurier fans this is a must see.
