I haven’t been here personally quite yet, BUT this is a club that EVERYONE is raving about! Definitely check it out if you can. They peaked my interest when they had a HUGE Club Renaissance celebration for Beyonces newest album!

I absolutely LOVE 3 Dollar Bill!!! Specifically on Monday nights (ugh on a Monday, I know) BUT if you’re ever in town on a Monday, I HIGHLY recommend you visit OTA (Open to All) at 3 Dollar Bill. It’s a Vogue night that’s super entertaining.
It’s a $15 cover all night and usually starts pretty late so it’s best to get a ton of rest that evening. Doors open at 10pm but the event doesn’t really get poppin until about 12-1am. It’s definitely worth it, you’ll have the time of your life. Definitely do some research on the “Vogue Ballroom” scene so you have an idea of what’s going on!

Recommending Kal’s Bakery for the authenticity of their Haitian Food. On point! I would advise that you do your research on Haitian Food prior to visiting Kal’s so that you know what you’d like to order. Being that this is a predominately Caribbean neighborhood, most food places don’t understand much English and there may be a language barrier. I recommend Bouillon (Haitian Soup), & Legume Avec Diri Blan (Haitian Vegetable Stew with White rice) Those are my favorites and they’re jam packed with healthiness!

This place has amazing Ramen! They were originally called “Mo’s Original” but have changed the name to “Names”
Be sure to try their tater tots, the sauce on them is addicting! A really good drink recommendation is a “Painkiller”, I had about 3 of them the last time I went!
