The memorial is free, and very quiet and beautiful.
The museum cost $24 for adults. Senior, student, youth discounts. Very sobering, heavy Museum. Worth a visit. I have been 3 times, and always appreciate it.

It is about 10 degrees colder than anywhere on Manhattan, so bring a jacket!

You can pay to go up to the top of the Statue. Or you can ride the Statin Island Ferry for free! The Ferry passes very closely to the Statue of Liberty, giving you plenty of great photo ops.
