Go straight out the front door and straight forward. when you get to the cross between Holmestrandgata and Bergensgata, to your Right, across the road the buss 37 and 54 will take you to the City Center.
Go to the left, the 37 Bus will take you to Nydalen Metro and nr 54 will take you to Maridalen and Teknisk museum
