Delicious tacos. Two of these should fill most people up pretty well. Be sure to get them "Nick's Way" (i.e. crispy with Jack cheese and guacamole).

My favorite dishes are Kor Moo Yang (grilled pork neck with great flavors and just the right amount of fat and chewiness) and the Tom Yum Soup with shrimp.
