My advice go for a sunset cocktail or evening tapas but be sure to ask for a roof top table - you’ll be able to look down over Plaza Grande, its a lovely different perspective.

Arabic tacos are a thing. Try the nachos and don’t forget to load them up with creamy garlic sauce. A little outside of town but definitely different than any other tacos in town.

Cheap drinks, local beers and tapas for days. This is a great afternoon/ early evening place to sit watch people or get your Latin dance moves in. There’s always live music and the sounds vary from day to day.

This is a great way to explore the sites in Centro via bike.

Tags is a local shoe store that has combined new age graphic designs with old myan shoemaking techniques to create what I believe to be the best shoe for the tropics.
Bonus if you have a design you are after the craftsmen will work with you to create something unique for you.
