Location, location, location!
This home is located one block off W. 4th where you will find all kinds of shopping and restaurants.
The green grocer also sells some ethnic foods and has a nice vibe. Shoppers Drugmart on the corner of Vine has all your other needs covered. Restaurants cater to all budgets and tastes. Vancouver is known for the plethora of ethnic cuisine so tickle your taste buds...try something new. It's all good!
The beach is down the hill with Kits pool..olympic sized and with some of the best views of our Coastal Mountains. Take in a sunrise or sunset from there!
Follow the seawall to Granville Island and spend a day, things to explore for all ages.
From there take a SeaBus over to downtown and explore Yaletown....again you can lose yourself in shops or restaurants, stroll the seawall, sit on a log at any of the beaches, lay down on the grass at one of the parks....rent a city bike and go as far as Stanley Park...
Really close in the 2300 block of W. 4th Ave ...a homey place with reasonable prices and Greek food.

Okay, I have eaten Pizza in Napoli and homemade, all natural in Sicily so it is hard to please me....but I am looking forward to checking out this local eatery myself!

Wow....had brunch here today with my eldest and my granddaughter....nice atmosphere...great food! Took half home as I was stuffed with their special grilled cheese (and so much more). Kid's menu got a "this is the best Mac and Cheese, ever!!"
I'll be back and it's just around the corner!
