Fairmount Breakfast/ Brunch:
I have suggestions if you're interested: "Fig" is a great breakfast or brunch place that's only a few blocks away on 25th, it's a family owned Moroccan place that's really delicious… And there's also a place called "Sabrina's" that is a little bit further away but is very popular
"Sabrinas café" is very close to the Barnes and there's another place right there as well called "Kite and Key" which is nice for burgers and a beer in the afternoon, and it has a good atmosphere

They have have large salads and good sized sandwiches and plenty of TV's to watch your favorite local sports teams. They have a juke box and are usually playing good music, and there is an Irish bar tender who performs on Friday nights.

Amano is most certainly the nicest restaurant in Fairmount, They have DELICIOUS Italian house made pastas, entrees and appetizers. It is BYOB and cash only, but definitely worth it!

La Callaca Feliz is a Mexican restaurant with great margaritas, including a house specialty and various options. They also have great house made guacamole and chips and fish tacos and other food is all great! Awesome Philly Places
There's about a million places in Center City that could suit any fancy you have - let me know if it's sushi or maybe you would consider a walk in Rittenhouse Square- beautiful park with awesome restaurants around the square, including Parc- French cafe, very popular, and then a walk down shopping district on Walnut street around the corner
On Washington Square, there’s another awesome place called Tululahs Garden, which is an outdoor courtyard restaurant with awesome ambiance, and great food and drinks.... it’s one of my favorite spots.
There’s also a very cool restaurant for dinner or drinks in Center City called Harp and Crown, high ceilings throw back speakeasy decor with eclectic food and bourbon scotch specialty drinks and they have a basement bowling alley
Another few places that I love include Time restaurant and live jazz bar with musicians most evenings, located on Samson St near 13th Street, El Vez-popular Mexican, South restaurant- and jazz bar also with live musicians located on Broad near Fairmount
Great outdoor seating on Rittenhouse Square, food is wonderful, atmosphere and ambiance is awesome! This is probably the quintessential place to be, eat and be seen in Philly!
