We have a number of fantastic local roasters in Florence. You can find their brands in the best cafes and bars around the city. In Italy we typically enjoy a milky coffee in the morning so a caffe Latter or Cappuccino then we drink espresso coffee all day long. Most of the blends are arabica beans that are quite bitter that is because of the non -milk in coffee and a classic style used all over Italy to make top quality coffee. We also have one of the most prized coffee machines made in Florence called 'La Marzocco' here are a list of my favourite cafes !
