Beach House Suite - Guide Book 1) We have wifi. We'll provide login credentials to to booked guests. 2) TV has Amazon Prime access and Netflix. News12 App is great for weather report. 3) Blue Room: Please use the light beech colored box for pillow or comforter storage if you’re not using them. The armoire has shelves for clothing. 4) Sofa Bed: Pillows and comforter are in the hallway closet (door next to the Blue Room). Extra blankets and towels as well. Use hallway closet next to front door to hanging additional clothes and coats. Tip: when closing sofa bed you must fold the foot or bottom section first before pushing the mattress into the sofa, if you don’t the mattress wont get past the top sofa cushions. Text me if you need help. 5) Green Room: Help yourself to whatever is in the fridge. Please push coffee table over to windows when using the sofa bed. 6) Bathroom: There is an extra metal bar in front of shower curtain, please use it to hang dry towels used for showering. Also please try to limit showers to 5-10 minutes. We live by the water and tank can only process so much water. Hair dryer and additional supplies in the bathroom closet. 7) There’s a quiet time after 10pm. Please keep TV volume to a minimum. 8) Closet by Door: There are beach towels and chairs for use on Sound beach. Please stay within our property area, neighbors own the other beaches. Avoid fenced in area around the Piping Plover nests. They are an endangered bird and the DEC has fenced off nesting site to help with their survival.9) Guests have access to the sound beach across the street, be mindful of traffic, especially coming back from the beach, cars cannot see you exiting the beach path. Also, only Beach House Suite guests are permitted in the house and property, no visitors. 10) Please park your car next to the fence by the fence near the “Garden Entrance” gate, that is your entrance to your suite. 11) Be careful driving down Asharoken Ave. First the police will give you a ticket if you exceed 30mph, and second we have deer that are active in the evening and early morning. 12) Many good restaurants on Main Street in Northport village (10 minute drive). Huntington Village is larger and has dozens of restaurants all within walking distance once you park (20 minute drive). 13) Try to remember turning off all lights and closing all windows when leaving for the day or even a few hours.
