At least one walk along the Salthill prom, with its fantastic views of Galway Bay, should be on everyone’s bucket list. But be careful not to miss a gorgeous little park, tucked in between two of the resort’s hotels.

In 2012, someone came up with the bright idea of putting a collection box for charity at the “kicking wall” The harder you kick the more the locals enjoy 😀
