The place is quite tight but the food will make up to that, everything there is made from scratch and right now is the family 's second generation taking over the business but the food quality still remaining traditional taste of original ones. "Bánh cuốn" is a combination of ground pork, minced wood ear mushroom and onions that's wrapped in a steamed rice flour sheet, served with a side of dipping sauce (I personally always add a little ground pepper to the sauce, that will make a huge difference)
