Ocean Beach with big waves and good facilities (bathrooms, food, beach gear for sale, outdoor showers for rinsing). This beach is limited to residents of the Town of Southampton for summer 2020. There is a nearby beach with parking for non-residents. Please ask me and I can provide details. Ponquogue beach is well kept and the staff are great. This beach epitomizes the Hamptons. You'll want to keep coming back. Please note: facilities are available from Memorial day to Labor day.

Extensive outlet mall with just about every store you can think of. It's about 22 min from the house. Great for rainy days or if you need a day away from the beach/pool. It's divided into 2 large sections so pick your stores and map it out. Food court and kids options are better in Tanger 2.

Every bit as nice as Ponquogue Beach but likely less crowded. It's about a mile west of Ponquogue Beach on Dune Rd. Also public, with paid access and seasonal lifeguards/restrooms/showers/snack bar.

Apple-picking in the fall on Long Island is magical. This place embodies that. There is such a good energy here, and you take that home with you in apples and memories. Super friendly staff.
