Sightseeing
You can walk from the house to Hampstead Health - one of the best open spaces in London. Closest spot is Parliament Hill fields where there is a straightforward cafe to get a coffee (or fantastic pasta) and enjoy the view - walk up the hill from the cafe to see some of the best views of London! For a longer walk continue up to Kenwood House - you can have lunch there. The ladies or mixed ponds in summer are a must (or winter if very brave!). Also the Gospel Oak Lido (outdoor/unheated pool) which is better for kids (and also has a nice cafe/falafel stand behind it and a large playground up the path from the lido adjacent to the railway track). All needs to be pre-booked due to Covid. Google maps will help you navigate around the health.
