Expertly prepared Neapolitan-style pizzas are Bar del Corso's specialty. Their sides and salads are also amazing, such as tonno del chianti (pork shoulder slowly braised in olive oil) and grilled octopus with corona beans. One of my favorite restaurants in all of Seattle.

Seattle is called the emerald city for a reason and you would be remiss for not checking out one of its many lush and gorgeous parks from spring to fall - this one in particular is a fantastic option.
