Closest (and I mean it) movie theatre. The theatre itself is really old and they only show very good movies. I recommend for a quality movie night. The neighborhood is safe. You should feel comfortable walking home, even after a late movie. I've done it a dozen times.

It's a cosy museum of art. I really like it. The exhibits are always interesting (even for those who are not into museums - like me). There is a park surrounding the museum that is very nice to take a stroll in. On Fridays, they have free live music in the museum with h'oderves and drinks for purchase. What could be better then wandering the galleries with a glass of wine?! I highly recommend and even hold the museum's membership.

My new favorite walking-distance sushi place. They don't have any specials. However, every dollar spent there is worth the quality of fish and the exceptional execution of the dishes. Last Friday, I got their Freshest and Philadelphia rolls and, man, I was not disappointed.

Lilly's is one of my favorite pizza places. I love taking a stroll there as it's only 0.5 miles away. Dante's Inferno is my favorite pie there.

I just tried this place. They have a wide variety of savory and sweet crepes. They are also quite generous with the fillings in their crepes.
The seem to have great coffee, too. However, I can't judge since I'm not a coffee person.

I highly recommend this place for brunch and southern food affair. Their specialty is fried chicken, waffles, and honey (all in one dish). I did not believe that this mix could be tasty but boy how I was wrong. They also have great tasting fried chicken sandwiches (spicy too), sides, and cocktails.

Cozy park between Glenwood Ave and Oberlin Rd to take a walk into it on my way to Downtown or Cameron Village. Very peaceful. I walk here to do some yoga and keep dreaming about doing a picnic or reading a book there - on my to-do list.
