Park/Recreation Area
Brengle Terrace Park is a hub of recreational activities for the city of Vista. The Gloria E. McClellan Senior Center, Brengle Terrace Recreation Center, Moonlight Amphitheatre and Alta Vista Gardens are all housed on the property. The park provides lighted basketball and tennis courts, playground equipment, the Kiwanis Pavilion, picnic areas, restrooms, bocce ball courts and open space for play. This park is only 3 miles from our place!

Basic Yoga flow format... No prior Yoga experience required.
Seated breathing, followed by a flow of poses and always ending with a great relaxation!
Yoga is traditionally practiced in bare feet on an empty stomach. No strong perfumes please.
Some yoga mats are available to borrow.

City/town information
This is our closest public beach. About a 15 minute drive down Hwy 76. Its clean and not as crowded as the other beaches that are found further South. The pier is the longest in California and a beautiful walk over the ocean. Don't miss it!
