The very first suburb of Tampa, built in the 1800's to early 1900's, full of charming Victorians and Bungalows. This is where the Bearadise Bungalow is located. The central business district along Palm and Franklin has become home to several new Food Halls, breweries coffee shops and restaurants. All in a very walkable area connected to the Tampa Downtown Riverwalk. The intersection of Franklin and Henderson in the heart of the Tampa Heights CBD sports the recently added Pride Mural - in support of Gay Pride and Black Lives Matter. Designed by Cam Parker.

The SoHo district is a happening spot with a lot of great dining options. The northern end, between Azeele and Horatio contain a cluster of very popular bars and pubs.

Once a working port area full of warehouses, this has become one of the most happening areas. One of the prime high-rise condo neighborhoods, the area has a lot to offer in terms of entertainment with Sparkman Warf and Water street.
