Uber is the easiest and quickest way around.
At night just take a cheap Uber. Dont try to park. During week and during day you are fine, but cost of parking is more than uber.

People are very friendly and cordial. They start conversations easily, even if they look a little rough around the edges, its part of Savannah's charm.
