Hands down this is our local favorite. Overlooks the Charleston harbor; great place for frequent dolphin sightings. Delicious menu!! Close to sightseeing /near the City Market. Easy to walk to Waterfront park, the Pineapple Fountain, to shops along East Bay, and over to Rainbow Row. Park nearby in deck if their lot is full. Best to get reservations, or you often encounter long lines.

This is the local college kid and hippie /surfer vibe beach. The pier area is a great place to look for shark's teeth! Best times to go are before 10am or after 4pm, as traffic to get onto the beach backs up.
