Great hiking trail ranging from easy to moderate. If you make to the top ( Maunalei Arboretum), which is about 3-4 hours hike, you will have one of the most amazing views from the west side of Maui.

You can start this trail from the apartment. Just walk towards Napili Bay and find the path towards Kapalua bay. Make sure tou have a swim suit to jump in the water, jump from the cliff or jump at D.T. Flemings beach.

It’s a gorgeous beach with parts that are crowded and others that are more secluded. At the south end (Canoe Beach) you can find a big public parking lot and then walk north on the boardwalk. At the end of the boardwalk is Black Rock with great snorkeling and a nice cliff jump.

Located in Kapalua and is a beautiful place with staffed lifeguards, restrooms, wheelchair ramps, picnic tables, shade, outdoor showers and it’s frequented by locals and tourists. It can have a strong current during winter time with large swells.

Excellent location for summer snorkeling. Winter time attracts large swells and should not be attended for snorkeling. Submerged gardens of coral and abundance of marine life. This place also has amazing views and it is protected by the State of Hawaii as a Marine Conservation District.
