We really love the sandwiches at Farrow. They are worth waiting in the line, that you will most likely be in. I love the vegetarian sandwich here too!! Highly recommend!

Toast Culture is a cute little place to grab a bite and a coffee. I once dined with the legendary Connor McDavid here! Well, he was at the end of a very long communal table that I was at, so I was basically dining WITH him. :)

Nick and I had our first date ever, here! The food is so so delicious. Try the gnocchi and the smoked olives. Really cool crowd and vibe here. Dress up a little.

Coffee Bureau is basically a hole in the wall, the shop is so tiny but they serve up a really yummy coffee, and a little nibble too. My favourite is a simple latte. Theirs is smooth and creamy!

The Columbian is a super cute and chill coffee place in our favourite neighbourhood, Glenora. I had an almost croissant here that was fresh out of the oven and it was to die for! The coffee here was also excellent.

There is something about the egg and bacon breakfast muffin that they have at Square 1 that is addictive, it's so good! The coffee, of course, is also great. There is one couch in the middle of cafe that is the prized place to sit, so make a move when you can!

Arno's is one of our best kept secrets. The pastries here are unbelievable! This is a sweet, little family owned business, which we love. And they have some seating outside which is often occupied by the locals.

This is a great place to hang out and watch the game at the bar. The craft beers are worth a visit but not even as much as their incredible pizza!

This is a smaller mall, with far less shops than the giant WEM. But, I find that it has a lot of what I'm looking for. Grab a coffee, eat in the food court or hit up a few shops. Kingsway does the trick.

The ravine has been a favourite walking or running spot for years. I love the trees and running by the stream, and over the bridges. I have never been down here at night, so I can't recommend that, but during the day, its lovely. You will likely share the trail with other runners, bikers, and stroller moms.

This is a great park for an afternoon BBQ! Gorgeous views of the river, bathrooms, bbq pits, and some tables are designated for alcoholic beverages under the sun!!

We love strolling around Westmount, looking at all the beautiful historic homes. In the summer, the trees form a cathedral above the streets. It's a lovely walk, especially if you're on your way to Duchess bakery!

We love going for a walk through Old Glenora. It's a mix of historic homes and new homes but all of them are beautiful. The neighbourhood has this gorgeous roundabout, with a fountain, large trees, flowers and benches to rest on.
