The steakhouse has a great selection and provides guests with a authentic Brazilian performance on the weekends. the cheese stuffed prime rib, top sirloin/picana are amazing. if you really want the good stuff, you have to request it from one of the Gauchos. "buttermilk Ribeye" they don't bring it out on rotation very often, but if you request it they will bring it to you personally. Its the best steak they have.
