If you drive to Sconsor and get the short ferry over to the Isle of Raasay, you will be able to visit its new distillery. There's also Raasay house and its generally a beautiful island to explore! Its cheap and easy to get there and lots to see.
The Calmac website has the ferry time table and there's plenty sailings back and forth so you wont be stuck :)

This is also very close by and worth a visit. You have the shop and also the local bar for some food and drinks. The setting of the pub is probably one of the better ones on Skye with the view you get!
