The Greeting to the Sun (Croatian: Pozdrav suncu) is a monument in Zadar, Croatia dedicated to the Sun. It consists of three hundred, multi-layered glass plates placed on the same level as the stone-paved waterfront. It consists of a 22-meter diameter circle, with photovoltaic solar modules underneath. Lighting elements installed in a circle turn on at night, and produce a light show. The monument, designed by Croatian architect Nikola Bašić, symbolizes communication with nature, communicates with light, while the nearby Sea organ communicates with sound.

This is a beautiful park with a lot of paths to go exploring. It's located right next to five wells square so you can do 2 tourist destinations at once. There's a lot of places to sit in the park and the view is extraordinary.

From early morning to late evening with a boat that connects the mainland and the Zadar Peninsula, barcajoli transport passengers and tourists, nurturing a tradition that, according to some daring researchers, dates back almost 3,000 years. The walk that ends with the city walls continues at the other end of the city port, but it is the easiest and shortest way to reach it using the services of a barque. These tireless guardians of tradition in small boats have certainly been transporting passengers in all weather conditions for at least 600 years. Tradition is passed down from generation to generation, from generation to generation.
