There is plenty of on street parking right in front of the house. There is also a long driveway should you want to park inside the gate. We are in the process of installing solar which will include an EV charging station.

The desert can be hot during the day and cold at night.
Plan for varying temperatures. Days can be hot, evening and night can actually get chilly in the winter months. Bring some layers, sun protection and enjoy all the desert has to offer!
There are MANY hiking trails, so make sure you bring good shoes if that is an activity you anticipate. Joshua Tree is only about 1 hour away and magnificent!
