Do North is the best pizza around. This pizzeria is owned and operated by one of my high school classmates and my nieces and nephews have worked here over the years. It is a local favorite where everyone knows your name. Hands down my favorite pizza place.

The Hammond Steak House is a quick 40 minute drive to Superior, Wisconsin. It has been our favorite place for steak for the last 30 years. I started going here as a kid with my dad for model airplane club meetings.
Their food is amazing and is reasonably priced. Our family favorites are steak, prime rib, and salmon with french fries and house salad.

My favorite hot drink is their chai tea.

If you are taking a day trip up the shore, then Tracks N Racks is great place to get a burger. Their food is served piping hot! My favorite is the mushroom and swiss!

Rustic Inn is one of my favorites! It is located 12 miles north of Two Harbors between Gooseberry State Park and Split Rock Light House. Rustic has incredible home-cooked meals, pies, and a nice little gift shop.

Lakeview is a 18 hole course with beautiful views and well maintained greens and fairways. If you like to walk, this is the course for you! It isn't uncommon to see wildlife such as deer, coyote, and an occasional moose.

Great place to take the kids. (closed in the winter) There is a great little trail with historical information about the fishing, logging, and rail history of the area. I highly recommend!

Mont du Lac is a nice little ski hill less than hour drive from Two Harbors. They have 3 nice runs plus a great bunny hill for beginners. It is a great place for novice skiers! I also see the advanced skiers and snowboarders having fun there! If you don't ski, they have a tubing hill. They have a nice grill, bar, and fire place too.

I love the breakwall! This area has been part of my morning run for years. The sunrises behind lighthouse point and sets beyond the ore docks. It is a photographer's dream! This sight is just minutes to walk or bike. The Two Harbors Port loads about 17 million tons of ore each year for the steel making industry. Ore carriers hold between 25,000 and 70,000 tons of ore. In August of 2022, the Tall Ships will be here.
