Park (for free) at Barrage de Bimont (Lake).
Go down 150m towards the dam, before arriving on the dam take a look/picture from the "Belvedère" on your left.
If you hike, go to the top of Mountain Sainte Victoire (3h to the top), View 360° on all the region.
For smalller hiker, you can go to Bibemus (1h one way flat) or then go down to dam Zola and back up to Dam Bimont (3h).

Parking bellegarde (close, safe, but you have to pay all the time)
or in the street "avenue des déportés de la résistance Aixoise" (free at night, less expensive during the day often places, less security as it is in the street ...I myself park there often).

To eat good products
In Aix the market next to my street (Place Verdun/place des Precheurs) has wonderfull products (cheese, fruits, bread, honey...) --> See https://www.myprovence.fr/agenda/marche/aix-en-provence.
The aix specialty is "calissons d'aix", you can find them in the center, also Puyricard chocolate (shop 100m from appartment). You can find delicious pastry : Maison Cangina (rue d'italie). Classical boulangerie "Lavarenne" (rue Tournefort) ...

Navette bus à destination d’Aix-en-Provence (gare routière) –depuis aeroport ou gare tgv toutes les 30 minutes avec grande amplitude horaire.
