Beautiful views of the GSMNP if you can handle the drive over the mountain. It is beautiful but can be steep and windy. Definitely be prepared if anyone gets motion sickness, as there aren't any places to stop only pullovers. Recommend packing a lunch and picnicking along the way. Be sure to get your parking pass so you can enjoy some hiking.
