I LOVE Billy Bob's for a fun and inexpensive concert choice. I always get GA tickets so I can roam freely around the venue and enjoy the dance floor. Be sure to arrive early to snag bar seating in GA.

It is a little bit further but one of the coolest concert venues I have been to. With an indoor/outdoor vibe you may want to bring a jacket on a chilly winter evening. And after or before it is close to other fun activities like the Truck Yard, Puttery Mini Golf, and Go-Karts!

I bit of a drive, but WELL WORTH IT. This open concept concert venue/dance hall is a blast! No matter where you sit or stand you have a great view of the close stage, plus the large dance floor is a bonus. Sometimes the artists even come out for autographs at their merch booths!

This chill bar is awesome and my personal favorite for a fun relaxed evening in the stockyards. They constantly have live music from local musicians, their philly cheesesteaks are BOMB, and if you love cocktails like I do then I highly recommend the Hurricane. It doesn't matter what the weather either, this venue is indoor/outdoor and a spot with that perfect instagramable moment. Note it is 21+ in the evenings.

If you are looking for a unique, dive-style place to eat, this is it. The burgers here are PHENOMENAL. A large fry is easy to split too. Reasonably priced, delicious and a cool atmosphere with live music sometimes. And to-go drinks...including alcohol.

By far, the absolute BEST quesadilla I have ever had. It was delicious and reasonably priced too. Plus they have the BIGGEST margarita I have ever seen. And with their cute decor, it is great for that instagram pic.

Now there are 2 Truck Yard locations but I think the Colony location is superior. With tons of outdoor seating, oversized yard games including connect-4 and battleship, the unique Toilet Seat Museum, live music, axe-throwing, AND a rotating line-up of food trucks every single day. They also own Second Rodeo Brewing in the Stockyards. I HIGHLY recommend the philly cheesesteaks and the Hurricane, Truck Berry Lemonade or Mother Trucker cocktails.

After having attended games at BOTH the old and now new stadium, this baseball experience is extremely unique. With delicious stadium snack options I am a big fan of the margaritas and hot dogs. Plus, after the game you can head over to Texas Live for more fun.

If you like hockey or basketball you HAVE to attend a Stars or Mavs game here. It is a little further off the path but well worth it. I prefer to sit in the 200 level seating for a better top-down view.

Not too far off is the Texas Motor Speedway and it can speak for itself but the coolest part is you can one stop shop since it is right next to a Buc-ee's!

If you are a fan of dancing like I am then Cowboy's is the place to go. With a large oval dance floor, alternating live band and DJ, a mechanical bull, and 5+ bar locations in the venue. This is great for my country dancers and those who want a little hip-hop too. Fun tip: all the competitive dancers stand in the center of the dance floor. Ask them to dance!

This is the further EC location but well worth it. It is guaranteed to be poppin Thursday-Saturday night and some Sundays the dance groups go. They have awesome drink specials, ladies night, college night, and different themed parties. Check out their facebook for details.

Within walking distance to ALL other Stockyard attractions/bars, and a wonderfully placed Taco Truck always outside for the late night munchies. 18+ bar, where the cover is usually $5 for 21+, and $8 for under 21.
