Mum Aroi at Citta Di Como Mum Aroi is a legendary seafood restaurant of Pattaya that has been in the mouth of Pattaya people for more than 20 years. There are branches all over the province, including Sriracha, Pattaya, and most recently, Mum Aroi, COMO Pattaya branch, which is located in Na Jomtien. It is a branch that comes with Italian style decoration, luxury, divine view, but the price of food is the same as all other branches! Even if the atmosphere has changed But the taste of food and prices are still the same for everything. The head chef of the restaurant has confirmed that the recipes are all the same, rich and mellow as other branches, for sure. You can say that you can taste Thai food or seafood restaurant in a delicious corner with a divine atmosphere, but pay the same price. Suttangrak Pattaya is beach club located south from Jomtien Beach and is in business since 1971. This tremendous popular place is a great spot for amazing seafood and enjoying the sunset while sipping from your cocktail. In this article, I will tell you everything you should know about Sattungrak Pattaya including their most recommended dishes. The typical characteristics of Suttangrak are that the restaurant looks entertaining and lively, with several large tables placed on the terrace suitable for groups and a large bar in the middle where you can order your drinks with friends while enjoying the view. In the evening, live music performances are held and Suttangrak Pattaya is a great place to enjoy the evening, even after having eaten here. Suttangrak Pattaya also has an air-conditioned indoor area available, however, I strongly advise to grab a seat outside right around sunset. The menu of Suttangrak Pattaya The menu of Suttangrak Pattaya mainly consists of seafood and each page is dedicated to one specific type of seafood which includes shrimp, king lobster, rock lobster, squid, crab, shellfish and a variety of fish. Compared to other seafood restaurants, Suttangrak Pattaya does show the actual price almost at every dish, instead of only showing the market price in weight, which is common in seafood restaurants. This avoids confusion and is customer friendly. The majority of the dishes here costs between the 200 and 350 THB, however, once you start ordering crab or lobster, the price significantly increases. Besides all these Thai seafood options, there is also a Thai sushi menu available. Also, at Suttangrak, they create their own coffee with their own beans, which I would most definitely recommend you to try. Address: 99 Jomtien Beah Road, Na Chom Thian, Sattahip District, Chon Buri Hours: Thursday 10AM–10PM Friday 10AM–10PM Saturday 10AM–10PM Sunday 10AM–10PM Monday 10AM–10PM Tuesday 10AM–10PM Wednesday 10AM–10PM Suggest new hours Phone: 038 232 222

View Mare Beach front Bar, the coolest restaurant on Jomtien beach in Pattaya. No matter where you look, you will see the sea in full view, plus there is also live music playing beautiful songs for anyone who wants to hang out with a group of friends. and family recommends to check in at this shop As for the seats at the restaurant, there are many seating zones to choose from as you like. There are many signature menu items at the restaurant to please those who like seafood with the menu. Seafood set with spicy seafood dipping sauce Let me tell you that it's very cheesy. Other menus There are herb fried sea bass, grouper in three flavor sauce, and scalloped spinach with cheese. The Chocolate Factory in Pattaya is the fourth branch opened in Thailand, after successfully operating in Khao Yai and Hua Hin. It’s known for high-quality food and excellent chocolates. In this review, I will explain what makes the Chocolate Factory in Pattaya so unique and what food you should not miss. The Chocolate Factory in Pattaya has two different branches, one located at Sukhumvit, the other one is located at Pratumnak. In the article, the Chocolate Factory in Pratumnak will be received as the Chocolate Factory in Sukhumvit not the complete menu and is more focussed on selling cakes and souvenirs. The Chocolate Factory at Pratumnak is a beautifully decorated venue located at Pratumnak on a hill next to the beach. The restaurant itself is modern and spacious with plenty of indoor seating options, however, the best places to sit are outside on the deck of the restaurant where you have an amazing view on the beach, the ocean and the island Koh Lan. As the restaurant is surrounded by large trees, the outdoor dining area is relatively cool as the sun is mostly blocked by its leaves. If you still want to sit inside, you can expect spacious seatings for couples as well as larger groups, air-conditioning and with the large windows, still a good view of the ocean. The menu of Chocolate Factory in Pattaya The menu of the Chocolate Factory in Pattaya is large with a variety of international dishes such as pizza, pasta, steaks, soups and salads, as well as a variety of Thai dishes, such as crab meat curry, stir-fried prawns and green curry. Expect to pay between three hundred and four hundred Thai baht per dish, with exceptions when you order more exclusive dishes such as imported beef or a large lobster. The Chocolate Factory also serves, for obvious reasons, chocolate. There is a dedicated dessert menu that consists of all sorts of mostly chocolate-rich creations as well as the variety of homemade chocolates that can be selected at inside the chocolate shop. As mentioned before, only the branch at Pratumnak serves all this food, the branch at Sukhumvit only serves cakes, chocolates and souvenirs. 12 Soi Rajchawaroon, Pratamnak Road - Pattaya ( South Pattaya ) +66 92 467 8884 Hours 10:00 - 22:00

Papillon Restaurant is located in U Hotel Pattaya. It is a restaurant by the sea, the atmosphere is suitable for a very special dinner. The interior of the shop is decorated with natural materials that draws on the distinctive features of the local fishermen's way of life. Designed through furniture and decorations in the shop, it feels like a house by the sea but still has a sense of luxury. The food here focuses on serving French bistro style dishes. Traditional bui ya base spapignon with scallops, shrimp, squid, mussels, sea bass and garlic aioli (THB690++). and seafood dishes are also served. Who wants to come and eat delicious food? Who is looking for a chill hangout shop? By the sea, admin recommends the Sense of the Sea shop. The restaurant is located on the Jomtien beach of Pattaya. The highlight of the restaurant is that you can see a 360 degree sea view and is one of the most beautiful sunset viewpoints in Pattaya. The atmosphere in the shop has a variety of zones to choose from, both outdoor zones by the sea and the indoor zone is a zone with an open roof. The last zone is the air-conditioned zone for you to sit comfortably. There's a live band playing every day, 2 bands a day for us to listen to beautiful music and enjoying delicious food. For the recommended menu of the restaurant, there are Steamed Sea Bass with Fresh Lime Served with avant-garde broth, fried shrimp with tamarind sauce, full of flavor and delicious taste, creamy fried chicken, soft chicken breast salad. Topped with a perfect sweet and sour sauce. Address : 289 Moo.1 Na Jomtien, Sattahip, Cholburi Hours : เวลา 17.00-02.00 น. A warm welcome to “The Sky Gallery Pattaya”. Our family owned restaurant here on Pratamnak Hill offers you exquisite scenery with a panoramic sunset view of Pattaya bay and Koh Larn. It is an ever-changing piece of artwork, delicately created by nature. We serve authentic Thai food and fresh seafood along with well-chosen international dishes while you relax under an endless blue sky. Night Life

If you’ve heard of Pattaya, you’ve probably heard of Walking Street. This half-kilometre beachside street takes its name from the fact that it is closed to motorised traffic from 6 pm every night, at which point it immediately becomes thronged with party-going pedestrians. Almost every building on both sides of the road is a nightclub or bar of some description, with many of the surrounding small sois being much the same. Great nights out can be found right from the giant screen over the Walking Street sign at one end of the street to Mixx Discotheque at the other. Among the best in between are 808, Club Insomnia, Candy Shop, Marine Disco, and Lucifer 2.0.

Although Pattaya is well-known for its seaside hotspots and activities, as well as the colourful nightlife scene, one major not-to-be-missed attraction is Terminal 21 Pattaya. Inspired by the essence of travelling, the airport-themed mall features multiple countries within its build, while its exterior is complemented with a real-life airplane and a manmade beach. The shopping mall offers a haven for shoppers with over 250 retailers lined on every level, each representing a different destination. Here you can expect various replicas of world-famous architecture from the Eiffel Tower on the ground floor to the Leaning Tower of Pisa on the first level. Within a day, you will be able to journey through the likes of Tokyo, Italy, San Francisco, Hollywood and Paris, while classic airport signposts and those dressed in airport attire greet you. While its concept is amazing as a standalone attraction, the experience is elevated through its offerings as well. Thus, here is a quick guide to Terminal 21 Pattaya for those who would like to take a break from the seaside shores and explore the world for a few hours. Where is it? Terminal 21 is located on North Pattaya Road beside Dolphin Roundabout. For those looking for a hotel near Terminal 21 Pattaya, it is approximately 1.2km from Holiday Inn Pattaya, where you can either take a four-minute drive or travel on foot as the mall is a nine-minutes away. What to do? While you can expect the usual international retailers from Uniqlo, H&M, Giordano to sporting goods such as Adidas and Asics, Terminal 21 Pattaya is also home to SFX Cinemas where you can catch a quick flick. For those looking to try out local beauty brands, the mall is offers local favourites of Harnn and Panpuri, while international brands such as NYX and Boots are also available. Meanwhile, Hahama on the fourth floor offers an activity zone that caters to those young at heart and families alike, complete with a playland, rope zone, trampoline and a playground – the perfect place to bring your kids! Besides that, the mall includes money exchange and bank services, while special “tourist privileges” are made specifically for overseas travellers (which you can check out here). What to eat? Over at the food court on the third floor, which is named Pier 21, you can indulge in a multitude of affordable delicacies, including vegetarian offerings. A local favourite food spot and raved about by travellers due to its extremely affordable prices, the food court opens between 11am and 11pm. Nevertheless, do keep in mind that you would need to top up a card to pay the vendors – you can get the card from the counter at the entrance of the food court. However, a walk around the mall would bring you to various restaurants offering Thai, Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Western delights, among other eateries to satisfy your cravings.

You are here: Home / Things To Do in Pattaya / Mini Siam Mini Siam UPDATED JANUARY 29, 2021 BY DARREN C Mini Siam was opened in 1986 by Kasem Kasemkietsakul, a man who traveled extensively for both business and pleasure, and had a keen interest in architecture. So keen was he in fact, he decided to build a world of his own, hence Mini Siam & Mini Europe was opened in Pattaya as an educational tourist attraction. Where is Mini Siam? Mini Siam is located at 387 Moo 6 Sukhumvit Road. From the Central (Klang) Pattaya Road junction it’s 2.7 kilometers to the north. Watch out for Pattaya Bangkok hospital on the northbound side of the highway, Mini Siam is almost directly across the road from it, just very slightly north. Getting to Mini Siam You can take a blue baht bus along south, central or north Pattaya roads to Sukhumvit highway, then wave down a white baht bus and get off at Mini Siam, both baht bus rides will cost 10 baht per person. NOTE: There’s a footbridge over the highway before Pattaya Bangkok Hospital, if you get off there and cross the highway it’s about a 400 meter walk to Mini Siam. NOTE: You can actually take any color of baht bus along Sukhumvit highway, blue, pale blue, red, green, but white buses are less likely to deviate or detour off the highway. If your baht bus does leave the highway, get off and wait for another one. Here’s a little more information about using baht buses and getting around Pattaya. GrabTaxi: If you’re not using GrabTaxi. Just search for your destination, get the price, and book your ride. Get directions using this Google map of Mini Siam Mini Siam Admission Prices Full price for foreigners at Mini Siam = 300 baht Full price for Thai adults = approximately 200 baht Children get in free if they are less 110 centimeters tall, and the child rate of approximately 150 baht applies to children between 110 to 140 centimeters. Check the current status and opening times, read real user reviews, and get discounted tickets and entry to attractions, activities, tours and all the best things to do in Pattaya. What is Mini Siam in Pattaya? Mini Siam and Mini Europe are 2 zones in a 11.4 acre park/garden exhibiting miniature replicas of famous landmarks and historically famous buildings in Thailand, Europe, and around the world. At Mini Siam you can can do a whistle-stop tour of famous places around the world, including the ‘Democracy Monument’ in Bangkok, the ruins of Ayutthaya, Angkor Wat, The Arc De Triumph, Mount Rushmore, The Statue of Liberty, The Eiffel Tower and relics from Egypt, Rome and many more. It’s a great place to explore, get a few selfies, and if you have kids of school age – they might even give you a few history and geography lessons, lol. Drinks and snacks are available at the sheltered cafe area, also seating and shelter from the sun if you happen to make your visit in the daytime. Mini Siam also has good wheelchair access and well maintained, easy to follow paths around all the features. Mini Siam Open Times Mini Siam is open every day from 07:00 to 21:00. I’ve read a few reviews of Mini Siam which recommend visiting at night when the exhibits are floodlit, and temperatures more pleasant.

Enjoy the company of an elephant in Pattaya at the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary. We promote the sustainable and ethical way of treating elephants and our little elephant village in Pattaya is an example of that. Our trained English-speaking guides give visitors insight into the behavior and the personal history of our elephants, while our mahouts help people realize incredible life experiences such as bathing elephants or feeding them by hand. The Elephant Jungle Sanctuary is in the nearby Pattaya city. You can visit the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary at two different times during the day. The morning visit takes place from 6:30 am to 11:30 am and the afternoon visit takes place from 12:30 to 17:30 pm. The package deal includes two traditional Thai buffet meals, pick up and drop off to your accommodation in Pattaya (terms and conditions apply), drinking water and even food for feeding the elephants! When you arrive at the Sanctuary, the guides will give you a basic overview of the tour, our elephant welfare programs, some information about the elephants.. Since the tour can get messy and wet (in a very fun way!) we suggest that you bring some things with you. Bring a hat, sunscreen, a bathing suit, a towel and a change of clothes to our Pattaya elephant sanctuary. You can also bring a camera with you but if you’re worried about taking photos with the elephants you need not worry. Elephant Jungle Sanctuary offers a photography service at no extra charge. The photographer will take photos of you throughout the day and upload the photos to Dropbox, which you can then access through the link on the EJS Facebook page. Throughout your visit to Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, you will be feeding, bathing and even playing with the elephants. It is also important to us that you learn as much as possible about the elephants and why it is important to protect them. With the money we raise from visits and donations, we can contribute to elephant welfare. We rescue elephants, feed them, provide veterinary care as well as land and infrastructure for them to live on. Our elephant village in Pattaya also has another option is the ‘Feed Me’ program where you can watch the elephants roam freely in the sanctuary Feeding them and still learn about how we transform elephant poop into the paper. 3/347 Pattaya 3 Rd, Bang Lamung, Chon Buri, Thailand 20150 +66-94-656-2361 +66-62-295-6566 pattaya@elephantjunglesanctuary.com

The Sanctuary of Truth is a one-of-a-kind teak structure in Pattaya and a truly awe-inspiring monument to philosophical truth. It tells of the importance religion, philosophy and art have played in human development and the folly of neglecting morality and spiritual contentment in the pursuit of materialism. In all, the complex is a beautiful and humbling demonstration of human endeavour and skill, particularly when you realise that none of the wood being used has been treated or chemically protected. This means that, as one section is completed, another has often succumbed to the tropical conditions and must be replaced. Location: 206/2 Soi Naklua 12, Pattaya-Naklua, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri, Thailand Open: Daily from 8 am to 6 pm Phone: +66 (0)38 110 653

Art in Paradise is an interactive 3D art museum in Pattaya that takes the traditional assumptions of what an art gallery should be and completely ignores them. Instead, the art is brought to life and the visitors can become part of it through the use of optical illusions and playing with perspective. Stand in the right position and take a picture from the right angle – all of which are clearly marked out for you – and it looks like you are flying a magic carpet over the desert, crossing a rickety bridge in the jungle, swimming with dolphins in the ocean or putting the finishing touches to famous masterpieces. Khao Chi Chan or Buddha Mountain in Jomtien is the largest engraving of Buddha in the world. The gold-embossed image was carved out of the side of a limestone mountain with a laser. It's 130 metres in height and 70 metres across at its widest. The solitary limestone hill was once used to supply the local construction industry with materials. In 1996, to commemorate His Majesty the King of Thailand’s golden jubilee, the massive image was carved into the rock and then marked out in gold on the recommendation of the then Supreme Patriarch. The area in which it resides – commonly known as “Silverlake” – is one of remarkable natural beauty, with a couple of other nearby attractions. The grounds in front of Buddha Mountain include a temple, with saffron-robed monks a common sight, so appropriate clothing is recommended. Location: Na Chom Thian, Sattahip, Chon Buri 20250, Thailand

The grounds in front of Buddha Mountain include a temple, with saffron-robed monks a common sight, so appropriate clothing is recommended. Location: Na Chom Thian, Sattahip, Chon Buri 20250, Thailand
Khao Pattaya Viewpoint is also the perfect spot of most photographers to enjoy magnificent views of Pattaya Bay. Be warned that this is anything but an insider’s tip so expect to share your view with a ceaseless conveyor belt of package tours and the local traders who can follow them touting expensive refreshments and cheap souvenirs. This might seem off-putting but the reality is that tours will usually stop for 10 or 15 minutes and when they have been called back to their bus, the Viewpoint will become quiet and peaceful that is perfect for enjoying the stunning scenery. Khao Pattaya Viewpoint Khao Pattaya Viewpoint Although Khao Pattaya Viewpoint has its own popularity, the esplanade is wide and long enough to accommodate a large number of visitors. Therefore, there is no waiting around to find a good position against the railings for having an expecting picture-postcard backdrop. The main view has uninterrupted views of Pattaya Bay right up to the headland which separates Pattaya beach from Naklua beach but there are also some views south looking straight out to sea and out over the Jomtien Beach. Other special things of note on the hilltop relate Wat Khao Phra Bat, an extremely interesting temple which is claimed to be the house for a relic of Buddha and a monument to Kromluang Chomphonkhetudomsak - the founding Father of the Thai Navy revered by many Thai people leaving wreaths and burning incense in his honor. This hillside viewpoint always offers panoramic views of Pattaya and Jomtien at any time of the day. However, it is best visited in the late afternoon or the early evening once the lights are lit and the sceneries become more sparkling than ever. And most importantly, the scene costs you no charge at al. View from Khao Pattaya Viewpoint Khao Pattaya Viewpoint The viewpoint is situated between South Pattaya and Jomtien, so to reach there, most of the visitors choose to drive south from Central Pattaya then past Bali Hai Pier but don’t take the bridge near Easy Karts race track. Instead, they exit under the bridge and turn right up the hill right after that. The viewpoint is located on Rajchawaroon - the first right turn at the top of Pratumnak Hill. It is all clearly sign-posted in Thai as well as English. However, the easiest way to get the viewpoint from either Pattaya or Jomtien is by songthaew (also called baht bus). You can negotiate with them to take you there and back. There is no fixed price for your bus trip but you could pay at least 200 Baht for the return journey from central Pattaya. Regular-shared songthaews often run from South Pattaya to Jomtien. These depart from the corner of Second Road and Pattaya Tai but they only depart when the songthaew has enough passengers. The viewpoint area and monument is open from 07:30 to 21:00.

The main beach in the area is also it’s namesake and runs from walking street in the south, to north Pattaya road in the north. The 4 km long beach spans the entire length of Pattaya bay. Whilst this is not the best beach in Pattaya it is the most popular. And due to it’s popularity can become very crowded during the day, and especially at the weekend. As well as overcrowding on the sand the water also gets crowded with boats and jet skis. There are designated safe swimming zones marked by buoys, and we strongly recommend staying within these zones when in the water. There are many water sports on offer here from parasailing, jet ski hire and speed boat rides to the nearby islands. We do not advise you hire one of the jet ski’s from the local vendor’s, this is a well known scam in Pattaya, were unsuspecting tourists are vastly overcharged for damage which they did not cause. If your after a more relaxing time, then you can rent a deck chair and umbrella from 200 baht ($6) for the day. Whilst relaxing you will be approached by local vendors offering you all sorts of fake goods you probably don’t want. Running parallel to the sand, is beach road here you will find all the refreshments you may need for your day relaxing. Beach road is also home to some the best shopping in Pattaya, and is home to 3 large malls and several markets. We would recommend visiting this beach if your after a bit of excitement as well as chilling. The beach is open daily from early hours until dusk, but be warned the promenade becomes a red light zone at night. Parasailing in Pattaya is what everyone needs to try! Maybe everyone would like to feel like a bird and fly above the ground for a few minutes. Fortunately, modern people has plenty of opportunities to get off the ground: parachutes, airplanes, paragliders and many others. The most attractive and affordable way is parasailing over the water surface. This entertainment is very popular in seaside resorts, as it is one of the safest types of flight. So parasailing in Pattaya is also quite developed. in our article we will tell you about how parasailing in Pattaya differs from other resorts and where you can go parasailing. Features of parasailing in Pattaya Parasailing is often compared with parachuting as these entertainments have a lot of common things. A parachute is also used in parasailing but it differs with its shape. While parasailing person also flies in the air and practically nothing binds him during the flight. But the main difference is that parasailing is a parachute flight after a water boat over the sea surface. So parasailing is much safer than a parachute jump and the flight height does not exceed 100 meters. Nevertheless, you get the same strong adrenaline rush and a lot of emotions. The main prerequisite for parasailing is a good sunny weather without a strong wind and the calm sea. Fortunately, the tropical climate provides ideal conditions for parasailing in Pattaya during the dry season. The main difference between parasailing in Pattaya from flights in other resorts is the usage of special pontoons. Pontoons are not very large platforms on the water, which are located a few hundred meters from the coastline and serve as a springboard for sending and landing with a parachute. Starting and landing on pontoons is much more comfortable than landing on the beach. That is why while parasailing in Pattaya you do not need a pilot assistant which helps to land on the beach and you can fly in the air independently. Where to go parasailing in Pattaya? To go parasailing in Pattaya, it is enough to come to the city beach and you will see several bright parachutes flying above the sea. You will also be offered parasailing at the Bali Hai Pier with various flight prices. Basically, the cost varies from 600-1000 baht depending on the duration of the flight and additional services, such as photo or video. Parasailing is also included in the “3 Miracle Islands” tour, during which you can visit three beautiful islands, ride a yacht and banana, even go fishing. There are practically no age or weight restrictions in parasailing. The necessary equipment will be selected for everyone except pregnant women, people with health problems and small children. Before the flight, you will get a life jacket and detailed instructions how to behave during the flight, how to land and how to react in different situations. Remember that during the flight you can get wet, so you do not need to take valuable things with you. You can leave them to employees on the platform who will save them for an additional fee. If you are afraid to dive into the water, you can go on a paragliding flight to admire Pattaya from a bird's eye view. In any case, paragliding or parasailing is the kind of entertainment that everyone should try at least once in their life. In addition to different tours, this is a great way to experience new emotions and make your holiday more interesting. Have a good flight!

Jomtien beach is located as it name suggests along the Jomtien Bay, approx 2 km south of Pattaya city. The beach here is much quieter than Pattaya. Being quieter makes this much more child friendly and as such is very popular with families. Although there are water sports and boats available for hire here, they are in small pockets at either end of the beach. This makes finding a quiet spot in which to relax much easier. The road which runs alongside has a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars and hotels. The sand here in Jomtien is soft and clean and is much more like you would expect to find here in Thailand. Whether you are staying in the Jomtien area or not? We would highly recommend visiting here during your stay. A private taxi from Pattaya central hotels will cost around 250 baht. A cheaper alternate is using the Baht bus service which costs only 10 baht per person and runs all the way along Jomtien Beach.
