I so enjoy the classes here; Karis relaxing Wednesday evenings of Yin Yoga really help me when I need to unwind, Maria Cristina helps me with my physical strength and wakes me up in the mornings, while Carly Boland really creates connection and community! If you enjoy yoga, this studio is a 10-minute walk from my apartment. I highly recommend a visit to The Green Yogi

The fresh produce here is what California is famous for! You'll find a huge variety of healthy organic fruits and vegetables. The area is home to great deli shops, including a fish market, cheese and chocolate stores, and a delicious place to pick up a pizza. Definitely worth a visit.

Cheeseboard is a Pizza Co-operative in what's known as Berkeley's Gourmet Ghetto. It's a classic spot. There are often queues round the block so don't go hungry, be prepared to wait!
