They only open at noon (11.00-13.00) and the place is crowded so come early and save yourself a good spot next to the grill if you want to observe them.

Their house is directly behind ours. They have good coffee, but the service could be better. You cannot talk loudly there, and cannot use the toilet, either. The seating is small and not so comfortable, but the coffee is worth it.
Our recommendation: Bring a mug from our house (so you can have 5.000 VND discount for each cup), place your order then bring it home to enjoy with your friends.
Their operating hour is limited to 15.00 on weekdays and 17.00 on weekends

ngõ 12B Ngõ 12B Lý Nam ĐếTheir house is directly behind ours. They have good coffee, but the service could be better. You cannot talk loudly there, and cannot use the toilet, either. The seating is small and not so comfortable, but the coffee is worth it.
