A cute little market with a few grocery items, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks), and a deli that serves coffee; snacks; sandwiches; and pizza. They even had Vietnamese iced-coffee! They have a few seats indoors and a few picnic tables right outside.

It’s located inside the Ballston Mall. Food was served fresh and the service was great. Ramen had a lot of flavor and decent size portion of meat.

Ted's Bulletin offers quality food at a reasonable price every time. Their consistency of quality is notable. Easy, accessible restaurant good for singles out for after work cocktails and young families alike. The country fried chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with a nice, classic white gravy on top and seasoned mashed on the side. Side Caesar didn't disappoint. Service was excellent!
