TripAdviser: Modesto Mini-Bar La Tabernita 626 opiniones N.º 1 de 521 Restaurantes en Cádiz. Very good small authentic tapas place in Cádiz. Can be pretty bussy during popular hours because of their great food and ambience. But there will always be space for a small group of people eventually. Everything is tasty on the meny when it comes to drinks and food. Nothing in particular is better than the other, depends upon your taste.

If you have a car and a spare day. It's a must to visit one of the most beautiful spots of the region Cádiz, the Tiny Bolonia village, signposted off the N340 15km northwest of Tarifa, overlooks a gloriously white beach framed by a large dune, rolling pine-dotted or field-covered hills, and the impressive Roman remains of Baelo Claudia.

Shared between two of the southern more provinces of Spain –Málaga and Cádiz- , rises the ‘Sierra de Grazalema’. Next to the fact that the whole region is one of the most beautiful and interesting natural areas in Spain, it is a mountain paradise. The visitor cannot expect huge mountain ranges and big walls. Nevertheless, despite its relative low altitude, there are many interesting routes to walk-up and some challenging rocky formations where can be climbed the whole year. The highest point of this wide system of ‘sierras’ is “Torreón”, with 1.647 meters. (Don't forget to register yourselves in the tourist office before you hike to the top.)

Drinks & Nightlife

The famous bar of the Barrio de la Viña, with every inch of its walls covered in flamenco and bullfighting posters, always-busy Casa Manteca is full of old tapas faves. Ask the chatty waiters for "chicharrones" (pressed pork dressed with a squeeze of lemon), and it'll fly across the bar on waxed paper.
