Grab a to-go cup of your favorite refreshment, take a 20 min. stroll down the path behind my house, and you'll find yourself among the EaDo bars by BBVA Compass. Then, you can pick up a drink at Little Woodrow's or Lucky's Pub and continue on your walk to Minute Maid Park.
You can see Minute Maid Park from the master bedroom window, which is an awesome sight after Friday night home games, when they shoot fireworks!

I, personally, have not been to a concert at Warehouse Live (concert venue), but I know there's always quite the eclectic bunch lined up outside of the venue before a concert starts. Looks like a great time!
