It takes 22 minutes to get to the stadium on non- gamedays without traffic.
Gameday: plan for traffic and give yourself plenty of time, it should take less than 30 minutes, but it depends on how close to game time you're at. Gaines street is always busy- I would avoid it going and coming. We tend to take apalachee, right on Monroe, Left on W. Pensacola to the stadium. On the way back, St. Augustine St runs parallel to Gaines but is much faster.
