We love this restaurant because it's a little off the beaten path and features an absolutely gorgeous view of the Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Summer is a great time to visit - they have a lovely patio and the food is always superb, it's been run by the same Italian family for years. They take reservations for parties 6 or larger. Get there early if you want to snag a spot on the patio, it gets pretty busy on the weekends. You should have no trouble on the weekdays however. The average entree is around $16, not too pricey.

Just THE BEST pastries. Once you take your first bite, it's pretty self-explanatory. Situated in a quaint neighborhood just on the other side of Lincoln Park. Could be reached with a delightful 30 minute walk that cuts through the park.

If you come to Seattle in the summer, you'd be wrong not to cool off in Lake Washington at some point! Gorgeous views and crystal clear water await you! While we think this is a nice beach, the whole coast is scattered with spots to take a dip.
