Rated one of the best breakfast places in upstate NY by a semi-official review. Either way, it's great and it puts you in Owego in the morning which is beautiful. Owego was known as a gathering place for writers and artists back in the 1850's - you can still pick up that vibe on a misty morning after a good breakfast.
