not in the center. you will have to take bus #16 from allenby street, this park is on a hill. on top of it there are magnificent statues by international artist dani karavan and great view to the city

go to this beach in the middle of the week to be isolated. no lifeguard and almost no people. Most restaurant on the promenade are pricy and bad, a good one is "pini bahazer"- a but over priced a bit
