This is an iconic Peak. It has appeared in many of Georgia O'Keefe's paintings. You can access this peak off of Hwy 96 and onto county rd. 100. This hike would be considered moderate with a challenging short rock climb to get on top of the actual mesa.

This is a no-alcohol lake. It is very family oriented and lately it seems to have a big following of self-propelled water crafts such as kayaks, canoes, and stand up paddleboards (SUP). There are lots of nooks and crannies to explore along the lake.
