Ok, it's not typical mallorcan cuisine... but it's delicious cuisine and best sea scallops in town! Galician style, you can enjoy great products: good tuna fish, great meats... You can pair it with local wines or with galician wines. If you like tuna tartar or tuna steak, you'll have a great time. Nice deco and terrace in Fabrica street.

Pastisseria Coll is there, just around the corner from the apartment, for a traditional breakfast. This is an old (it was there way before I was born), traditional pastry shop in Palma where locals buy outstanding "ensaïmades" (what Mallorcans typically have dipped in their coffee for breakfast during centuries) and bread. You can have a coffee with the typical"ensaïmada". An ancient recipe that they have kept throughout the generations. The real thing! You can tell he loves what he does, as he shops everyday the best produce at the next door main city market to get inspiration for his daily five-star menu. He produces dishes that are delicious, brilliantly thought and cooked. He makes his own bread (you will love it) and wonderful deserts that you can enjoy guilt free because they are not humongous. And the whole thing at a really economic price. He features local wines as well. It's a must!

A wine maker, not so known but featuring artisan, authentic wines made with love and care for the earth and the product that capture the flavors of the region, plus they have unbelievably low prices!. Not far with the train, highly recommend a visit (appointment needed).
