We LOVE this place and have been eating here for over 15 years. Delicious comfort food where the Chef usually comes directly to your table to tell you about the specials! The restaurant is BYO and you can grab a bottle from the IGA just around the corner. Highly recommended.

Damien D'Browe is the Chef that has owned this restaurant for over 20 years. It's a Canberra institution for locals. Damien will always come to your table to welcome you and tell you the specials in person. Great food, options for vegetarians, interesting offal options. Try the Pork Chop, the Seafood Pie or the mushrooms, they're all delicious and his desserts are incredible. The restaurant is BYO and only serves sparkling water, tea and coffee for drinks, but the supermarket just around the corner has a variety of liquor options.
