Dishes from Lyon that are astonishingly light for what they are: blood sausage, veal's liver, charcuterie, and praline floating island. Pricey wines from Burgundy and Rhône.

typical "Lyonnais" bistrot by Alain Ducasse. Order the "quenelles", typical dish form Lyon. Very nice adress and the price is reasonable considering it's a chef's bistrot
